Infused with lyricism, Ms. Matsubara's oeuvre ranges from organic forms based in nature to bold geometric and abstract designs. Her art has been exhibited in major galleries around the world and is housed in permanent collections at The British Museum; The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; The Royal Ontario Museum; and The White House.
Please join us for an opportunity to meet the artist at our opening reception on Friday, June 11, 2004, 6:30-8:30pm.
The show continues to June 20th. Ms. Matsubara's book produced in conjunction with her recent Royal Ontario Museum exhibit will be available for purchase during the Carlen exhibit.
